Found Flocks of Birds in GTA5

We noted on the GTA Forums website that birds may have been spotted in GTA 5 sitting on power-lines. This will be a first for Rockstar.

This of course is the finding in an image that Rockstar games released for GTA 5 of a guy sitting on a peer near a body of water.

So many birds on the wire in the dock photo.

This shows us that the flying rat mission, will not be a bonus mission.
This shows us that the birds have a new feature, such as sitting on power-lines.
This shows us that not all birds are flying or standing around in strange locations, like sidewalks.
This shows us that not all birds are seagulls
This shows us that not all birds are pigeons.

Will we be able to perform target practice on these birds? Probably not.

Will they be permanently fixed to the power lines and unable to fly away? Most likely.

but none of this is certain. One thing for sure, is there is some gathering of small blobs on the power lines in the background of the image by the boat dock.
