Just got an email that claims to be from Microsoft Sweepstakes Promotion
I have to laugh at the stupidity of this scam. and I have to laugh at the idea that someone out there would be falling for this scam.
Here, read this first and I will sum up the funny part at the end.

We are pleased to inform you of the release of the long awaited results of Sweepstakes promotion organized by Microsoft Corporations, in conjunction with the FOUNDATION FOR THE PROMOTION OF SOFTWARE products, (F.P.S.) held this January 2011, in London. where your email address emerged as one of the online Winning emails in the 2nd category and therefore attracted a cash award of 450,000.00 Pounds (Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand Pounds Only) and a Toshiba laptop. First, this was in my junk mail on Hotmail. If you know Microsoft at all, you know they own Hotmail. So the likelihood of this hitting my spam folder, is slim to stupid. Second issue is FPS, is a well known for; Frames Per Second, also First Person Shooter. Probably the two most popular abbreviations on the net. So the familiarity for the slightly unfamiliar few out there, to trick and trap them. And spell check is going nut’s on ol Kathy’s last name. And coordinator? Do File? What does that mean ? and the cherry on top is that, well they used a freaking Gmail account for this.
Imagine a Microsoft employee using a Gmail account.
