It’s new , it needs you.

I just built a tech support and rumors forum with a video game and console section.
I hope you people like it.
I will be adding moderators as I see the users with morals sticking around.
I will be banning all clowns as fast as I can and as often as I can. who knows maybe I will redirect them to forums I hate -)

The goal is to get information and news about tech to the world. and what the hell, to hang out and talk to others like myself.
I don’t see any out there with the same stuff as what I have envisioned so I am making it myself. yes there will be a fight room. Because hey, we all do need to get it out of our systems.
But no fighting in main rooms.

There is avatar and all other options we all have been missing through the past few years as these places seem to get invisible these days.
Yes you can upload your own images to my server, I can handle a fricken lot .

I have been watching these videos about these cars that use up our water resources but state “only by-product is a puff of steam.” That is a misleading statement. It’s not like we get the water back. Only a small puff of steam from a full tank is returned back to our use.

See its advertisements and witty wording, and the public mass that upsets me on the whole ” Oh I’m gonna save the world and drive a car that uses water instead of gasoline.” Durh… I am pretty sure we could wipe out all the lakes in Utah, in less than a week. in the end get back to our atmosphere, a whole whopping half a gallon of water.

See it seems that it’s the Nimrods who buy bottled water for $2 a 20 oz bottle and gripe about gasoline being $4 a gallon, (do you see the irony?) that seem to be so dang gung-ho on the idea of using water for fuel. Honda seems to already have a car out that uses up our water. I am quite sure it isn’t cheap. and I sure do not see water or steam squirting out the exhaust pipes.

Back in the days when I was a rebellious kid, I did some studying. Lots of studying, on the topic of the uses of hemp. People for years have been making clothes, oils, paints, food, soap, and many other things out of hemp.

Well last night I got a refreshing flashback when I did a search for fuel alternatives. I came across hempcar.org.

It seems they made a biodegradable fuel that burns well enough to put into a Mercedes. These guys went on a journey of 13,000 miles and had an average mileage for the entire trip of 21 mpg. I know these days 21 mpg does not sound that great. But that car was not brand new, and you have to imagine they saw some hilly country with the heater blasting. In traffic.

Under many circumstances, they achieved 21 true miles per gallon. and the planet lost nothing from it, except some stems and seeds. Stems and seeds that can be replenished, regrown, refilled. Water is a resource we cannot live without. Water is a resource we need to make our food, to nourish our bodies.

I am against cars that destroy a resource as valuable as water.

I looked around at hosts today and did a search to check up on them.

I find the easiest way to find out if a host is good or not is type the host’s name, and then “sucks” right after it.

Well I found one with the least amount of what I would call “valid complaints” such as major downtime and such.

Look at me rambling without giving my sites a plug.

I forwarded iworkwithtech.com to the same location, so they are both going to be the same for a little while until I get done splitting them into two . I do have plans. Other wise I wouldn’t have pitched out money like that.

as I was looking at hosting sites. I noticed a lot of the sites like blue host, you you know , the ones that claim unlimited storage space and bandwidth for like 7 dollars a month. They all had tons of complaints. I stopped on the one I got when I saw realistic numbers.. Well to me they are unbelievable, considering I’m a bit old school.

well 49 bucks a year for that , not so bad.

PHP capable. That alone stomps all over my old out dated host 50megs.com.

I can’t believe the crap I was accepting. 75 a year for 1 gig storage no scripting no ht access, nothing. Each thing I would want turned on like “security and registration privacy” add 3 dollars a month for each upgrade. on top of that, their name server is “freewebs.com” WTF!!!!!!? you can’t register that crap with anyone, no one takes that junk serious. freewebs, come on man.

Well I went on with powweb . I am happier with this move over where I was. So if you have any input such as “oh man you should have gone to…” blah blah blah. Don’t bother responding. The bill has been paid, I’m gonna camp a little while.

Is Starcraft II The Goliath We Have Expected?

If you remember being in the chatrooms like “starcraft newbies’ or ladder challenges back before bnet split to show regions, you then know just how popular Starcraft was. We all know that what is popular will stay popular as long as people can still see how popular it really is. so we can assume that by splitting us up into so many groups it did make the place not feel as full as it once was. We can hope that Blizzard figured this out.

The greatest event was being nailed with a mass zergling and hydra attack, and being prepared with bunkered behind supply depots backed by a buttload of marines and siege tanks to just own and wipe down the zergs, and having cloaked wraiths to hit the overlords and that big fat crab thing.

I used to play with a name that was fun to kill with and win with. The name was Mass200ScvOwnsU. Really that was hard to do because by default scvs run away. I wonder if they will allow us to make the names they allowed in the beginning using symbols like $^& and “-. Will they have chatrooms again ? The chatrooms made it so you could run lip and make challenges. You didn’t have to chat, sometimes we just spent the whole day jumping into the best bandwidthed available games.

Will the game have the features we loved? Will we have to buy massive processors and ram?

I think we will not have to power it much, so all sorts of people can play this game.

Will we have a monthly fee? I don’t play wow. simply because i hate the idea of pay to maintain, maintain because you paid so much, pay more because you played and invested so much time and money and don’t want to lose players . The redundant cycle of stupid uselessness.

We used to beg for this and Blizzard kept hinting it would never happen. Ten years later and it just might happen soon.

The game that was top seller for three years, the number one played game for two years, the game i played religiously for three years straight, is coming. I am older now. Will i still play?

Damn straight, just hope there is no team speak. I don’t want to hear a bunch of kids screaming at each other and everyone how they they are going to hack or report them for cheating.

The Grand Theft Auto Hating Bandwagon Rolls Out

Looks like another fat face is trying to get his “old people points” up higher by bashing GTA as soon as he can.

Remember, You have a choice in how you play the game. The game does not force you to be with hooker or kill innocent people or steal random stuff. All of that stuff you do on your own. So if they did sick stuff when they played. lol. Then maybe it’s their sick twisted minds that made them do it.

I got this from here I have no idea what these people are saying, so here is what I have to say.

This guy makes my stomach turn, you can see it in his face that he is milking the attention and couldn’t give two squirts what your kid or his own kid do or does. His eyes glisten with excitement each time he says gta. You can almost hear his heart beating faster and louder each time he thinks he sounds like he is meaning what he is saying. Something about how he had to brag about d.o.s. ing a server by excessive bandwidth due to him putting Miley Ray Cyrus on a server somewhere. Did he not know that he is showing off a minor?

at 45 seconds into the video he says ” We are training our kids to be Killers” . Um who is we? Does this guy have kids? he just said that he is one of a group of people who are training their kids to be killers. He then goes on to say ” and we are training our sons to treat women like whores” I dunno about this guy’s kid, but my son loves women, women love him, what ever he is doing, works. The guy goes on to say “and here’s how I got there.” See? he just said that he does all that and this is how HE achieved this emotional goal to corrupt his kid(s). Maybe it is by deceptive methods of persuasion . Maybe it’s by force. I don’t know.

I didn’t listen to it anymore I was sickened by his twisted mentality, and he seaped of demonic deviance I had to turn it off.

Some how he reminds me of Robert Tilton the evangelist who tells people they need to donate money so they can get into heaven.

If you know who this guy is or what network he is on, can you bother to have him interviewed unskitted unscripted?

Something freaks me out about this guy.

Online Banking: Not What You Hoped For

If you have a checking account that allows you to look at your balance online you probably have come into the same situations as what I have.

I logged into my bank account and was happy that Washington mutual allowed me to move money from my checking account to my savings account without any fees or waiting time. That was great, I didn’t have to deal with showing my nappy driver’s license to some snotty kid who thinks it’s not worth her time to move 20 bucks to my savings. I can kind of see how they get that way, especially after they see hundreds of people who are a mess-load wealthier than I am moving huge sums of money all around.

All week long I logged into my checking and savings account and looked at the money and had huge plans of saving money for a future. After about seven lunch transactions and a check to car note, I noticed that no transactions where showing up. Three days later the car note check went through, and then came the seven from before. The first one to go through was a the big one, and then the next six went through and bam, I messed up and went overdraft. Five charges to over draft, at $35 a charge, $175 + lunch totals. 5 lunches of $3 at Wendy’s. Then came my income tax check to save me and pull me out of the hole.

I go up there to talk to teller at Washington Mutual. The man says ” I see that you signed up online, I’m very sorry but I can not help you. You will have to contact the reps online”. So I contact the online help via “contact us” .. that was miserable. The final verdict was ” We are very sorry but our online balance is not a perfect program”. IT’S A FRICKIN’ ONLINE BANK ACCOUNT WHERE YOU CANNOT TALK TO REAL LIFE TELLERS! How in the blue hell is it that the service is not better? I can assume they do it on purpose. Lack of perfection is just an excuse. I know, nothing is perfect, but for god sakes we can do better than what they are giving us.

See I am not blaming them for my poor accounting skills. I do how ever blame them for making me believe that online = online. nowhere on the site does it tell you that the small transactions will be held until the big one goes through. No where on the site does it say “hey our software and online account is pointless but we make it available to you” .

I mean really, if you buy a car that doesn’t actually drive to places you want to go…. Then you didn’t actually get the car they advertised. You actually didn’t get what you were looking for.

Ok I took the bullet on that and accepted the fact that I suck at accounting, I knew it when I signed up. I really thought they could help, They did not. Here is what gets me the funniest. It frickin’ happened again, right before the Stimulus check. It’s almost like they are saying ” Hey look extra money is coming, shut the servers down and slow the cache down and don’t update the website until next month, except when people go over their limit.” It really feels that way. Call me pathetic, call me what you will, but I have since then opened a new checking account elsewhere. I am letting what ever overdraft is in there or about to pile up, in there, when the direct deposit of the stimulus check goes through, I will let it pay off what it can. If there is anything left over I will yank it out. If there is anything left that I owe to the bank, I will pay it next week.

i see how it’s my fault for trusting them to be more reliable with their service, Yet I still feel violated.

Economic Stimulus Payment – Um, How Much?

Ok so now that we are all about to get our”economic stimulus payment” (aka buy off money), we all have done our searches on the net to see exactly when we will receive it, and there are millions of places that tell you when you will see it and what your totally could be. If you are a perfect angel millionaire.

Just days before the towers got hit, and everyone loved George Bush. We all got checks that where “up to 600 bucks”. Well I got mine, it was 25 dollars. Of course at the end of that year I had to pay taxes on it… $50 in taxes extra that year. Because I was brought into the next tax bracket. Yes this year you will pay for this money you receive.

Now this year, I am searching all over the net and cannot find how to total up my hush hush money (shut up and buy some more gas, the countries money will buy more of my oil!). Do they not want us to see the rabbit stuffed in the hat? Do they not realize we will post  about this when it turns out that we all get less than $100 again unless we are making nine figures ( you know, the people who really need it) .

Hey I found a link to a faq section. And look at the first Frequently asked question. HOW CAN IT BE A PREDETERMINED FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION, ESPECIALLY IF THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IT HAS HAPPENED? WTF!!!!!!1

Well I have done my searches and found nothing officially announced as to how to add this up, I just know that I am getting mine this month.

Rockstar Will Not Fix GTA FREEZE

” Earlier today we broke the news that some Grand Theft Auto IV gamers were having problems with the game on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

“For them, the game was freezing up during the introductory cut-scene, something that neither I nor Mike experienced during our time with the game on both systems. To be clear, we have no idea how widespread the problem is, but it’s certainly on Rockstar’s radar and making the rounds both in our tips line and on forums.

“Rockstar declined to comment on the issue officially, so I went to the phone and called up Rockstar Support to see what they had to say about the problem.”

I am certain that Rockstar games will fix this issue. Not to bash the gaming site that seems to have “broken the news.”

But really. This is taking words out of text.
